Amy Thurman is the owner of Polish the Mirror LLC, a best-selling author, international speaker, and thought leader on the power of authenticity. 

After living 10 years with a broken neck that went undiagnosed for six months, she was forced to redefine her understanding of strength. What she discovered is that strength isn’t found in pushing through or pretending to be okay, but in presence, rest, and the courage to be real. 

Amy has shared media features alongside Brené Brown and Mel Robbins, been featured on a Times Square billboard, worked with leaders like Lisa Nichols, and spoken globally, including at the University of Oxford in the U.K. 

She is the Founder of Resilient Futures and the host of Holding Space with Authentically Amy, where her work continues to introduce people to themselves.
