While living the past decade with a broken neck that went undetected for six months, I learned to Polish the Mirror of my life, and created a Framework that turned my disability into an ability to help others.
My mission, as a former educator, administrator, and social worker, is to inspire and empower heart-centered individuals, schools and businesses within their local communities to work more effectively together for the betterment of all.
In 2014, through a devastating fall to the hardwood floor, I suffered a sheared brain stem, traumatic brain injury, and broken neck that went undetected for 6 months. For the first year after the accident, I had to lie flat for 23 hours daily when I was not receiving medical care, completely missing my children’s lives. I prayed to die and planned to end my life.
Imagine the resilience it took for me to reinvent myself.
In June of 2022, I began working with a cosmetics and skincare company and within 7 months, I was invited to share my story by speaking on stage at their annual convention.

Through the profound lessons I've gained from living the past decade with a broken neck, I am dedicated to inspiring and empowering individuals to overcome adversity, embrace self-discovery, and unleash their inner strength, fostering a compassionate and supportive environment, encouraging everyone to write their own stories.
I am known for my courage and determination, but as an inspirational speaker, I am also great at bringing people together, creating a team mentality, teaching, and leading others.
